CCP is open to anyone with an interest in the paranormal, regardless of your experience or ability to attend an event. All you need to do to join Cross Country Paranormal is to join our Facebook group Cross Country Paranormal. We are excited to welcome you to our group! 

CCP invites anyone who has an interest in the paranormal to join us. There are many ways to be a part of CCP whether you join an investigation event in person or choose to watch us streaming from the comfort of your armchair. If you choose to stay home, we invite your input and conversation on our Facebook page. While all levels of participation are welcome, we would LOVE to see you at an event! 

We seek to book events nationwide to give members an opportunity to attend an investigation event close to home OR to travel to a new city to explore an exciting new venue. We are also now booking paranormal events in other countries! There are so many opportunities and even more on the horizon.

New investigations are announced on the Facebook group page. You can also buy tickets to our paranormal events and trainings by click on the EVENTS page on this site. Once you decide on what you would like to attend, click the “buy tickets” button at the bottom of the event and secure your tickets. Events sell out fast- get your tickets today!

Many of the participants in our events have never attended an investigation before or are still learning about investigating. Our guides and trainers will be available to assist you and answer your questions as the investigation proceeds. We keep our groups limited to the numbers that we feel we can comfortably handle and train depending on the number of core members and trainers available and the size of the venue. We invite anyone with a sense of curiosity and an open mind to join us regardless of your experience or knowledge! 

While your hotel stay is not included in your event ticket, we do seek to offer discounted hotel stays, light snacks and the use of CCP equipment with every event. We may at times advertise a package deal with an investigation and training event that will include your hotel stay. Read the event information carefully to determine if hotel and other expenses may be included. If there is any question, please reach out to CCP at crosscountryparanormal@gmail.com. 

Bring any equipment you may have to any CCP event! There is a link to our partners for discounted equipment you may purchase if you wish to bring your own. If you don’t have equipment and don’t wish to bring equipment with you CCP has equipment that we will allow you to use. We would only ask that you bring your own flashlight. We are always open to suggestions! Planning events involves a lot of considerations including legality, dates available, availability of training team members, capacity and safety of the venue to name a few.  Submit your suggestions via email here crosscountryparanormal@gmail.com. Please limit your suggestions to 2-3 at a time and if possible include the venue website and contact info.

Please make note of the weather in the area which you plan to attend and consider the location of the venue. Is it outdoors? indoors? Abandoned? You will want to dress in clothing that is comfortable, with good walking shoes and layers are always a good idea depending on the weather.  In some venues you may get dirty so dress appropriately. Note: IR cameras can be sensitive to light colored clothing. While it won’t affect the investigation, the IR lights can penetrate a light-colored shirt or leggings and undergarments can be seen – we do recommend that you wear darker colors for this reason as we stream investigations live and also post footage on our page.

General age requirements among most venues range from ages 18 to 21 and older.  If age requirements are not mandated by the venue and posted to the events page, CCP will not permit anyone under the age of 16 to attend an investigation. CCP may at some point offer more child-friendly events at a later date if requested. When we do it will be announced and clearly posted on the EVENTS page here and our Facebook group page. Any disruptions or disturbances will result in the minor and the adult to be asked to leave the venue and no refund will be provided.  

Use of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited during CCP sponsored events. If you are perceived by any CCP member, employee of any venue or hotel or other CCP associate as intoxicated or impaired at any time during an event you will be immediately asked to leave without a refund. The safety of our attendees during events and investigations is first and foremost. While we understand that certain drugs may be legal in some states, we stand behind the fact that we cannot focus and train during an event when someone is impaired.

CCP is in the process of forming local groups around the country that may be available to assist with private investigations. This will depend on many factors – timing, size of your home, available members in your area, etc. If CCP cannot assist with a private investigation, we may instead recommend a team or website that offers private investigations in your area.
